How do I sign in?

With your wallet. Tap Sign in, choose Google, Apple, email, phone, passkey or your own wallet, then approve the sign-in request. There are no passwords.

How do I get a card?

Sign in, tap Get a card, choose virtual or physical, pay the one-off membership in USDT from your wallet, then upload your ID — or enter a referral code and our team will call you instead.

What is a referral code?

It is the wallet address of the ULTRA PAY member who invited you. With a code you skip the ID upload (we complete your onboarding by phone) and your friend earns 0.5% of every load you make, for life.

How do I add money?

Go to Receive USDT in the app and send USDT to your wallet address from any exchange or wallet. Use the BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) network only.

Which network should I use?

BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) only. USDT sent on another network cannot be recovered.

How do I load my card?

Open Load card, pick the card, enter an amount between 25 and 10,000 USDT, review, and confirm in your wallet. The card is credited once the network confirms — usually a few minutes.

What are the fees and limits?

One membership for the life of the card, a 3.5% all-inclusive load fee (country dependent) shown before you confirm, and 1% on ATM withdrawals. Limits: $200,000 a month from day one ($500,000 on request), $16,000 per transaction, ATM $3,750 a day / $20,000 a month. Receiving USDT is free.

Where can I see my card number, expiry and PIN?

Cards → Card details or PIN. They are fetched fresh each time and never stored on your device.

My card is lost or stolen

Lock it straight away from the Cards page, then contact us to arrange a replacement. See the Lost card page for the steps.

Can I pause my card?

Yes — Lock card stops all spending instantly. Unlock whenever you like; nothing is lost.

Do I need BNB for gas?

No. Every network fee is sponsored by ULTRA PAY — you never buy or hold a second coin just to move money.

What if I lose access?

This is a self-custody wallet: only you hold the keys. ULTRA PAY cannot recover, reset or refund a wallet you can no longer open. Keep your sign-in method safe and backed up.
